This leading firm is looking to grow this successful and busy department further with a contentious probate specialist.
This highly regarded firm already has a contentious team as well as an impressive private client department that regularly works with HNW individuals with international assets and interests. The successful candidate will join this department as part of the litigation team handling a purely contentious caseload.
An existing caseload with room for growth awaits and includes contentious probate and trust matters, contesting the validity of Wills, Inheritance Act Disputes, Trustee Disputes, and Estate Disputes.
