This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer looking to join an organised firm that has looked after their residential team very well during the recent months and stamp duty holiday deadlines. Managed well from the top this team set themselves achievable targets which allowed for as many completions as possible to take place in the lead up to the end of June, without comprising their excellent levels of client care or the well-being of their residential property team.
This firm has a great feed of regular and high-quality referrals and as we move closer to the end of the 2020/2021 lockdowns this firm is now placed to continue with departmental growth plans.
Applications are invited from all those who can run their own residential property transactions with little supervision, whist support is on hand from a talented administrative support team and senior and knowledgeable lawyers are easily accessible for those more complex transactions.
