Previous experience working in a Law Firm essential for this role
Applications are welcomed from all of those with experience of an HR role, gained from working in the legal profession, who enjoys being the first point of contact for employees on all HR matters, being a point of contact for all new applications to the firm, and supporting current staff with their learning and development.
Daily duties will include: –
- Providing general HR support
- Preparing and amending HR documentation where necessary
- Reviewing, updating and renewing company policies and legal compliance documentation
- Updating and maintaining the HR database
- Assisting with payroll changes, holiday entitlement and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with the recruitment process including drafting job descriptions for review, publishing and managing candidate pipelines.
- Supporting the HR Team and the Learning & Development officer
- Booking training events internally and externally
- Updating training records
- Involvement in all projects across the HR team.
This firm has a number of offices in the region and all departments have adapted to remote working when necessary and flexible working patterns will continue for the future with this role.
