The successful candidate will join a well-established and close working team made up of Partners, Senior Associates, Associates, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Paralegal, and Secretary/PAs that work across offices at this firm. 

Experience in mentoring and supporting more junior team members and working with Trainees is essential for this role. 

Applicants with STEP qualifications, working towards these or the desire to do so, are highly desirable and the firm is known for encouraging professional and personal development.  

Senior lawyers are most suited to this role; however, applications are invited from all who have extensive experience of probate and IHT matters and have experience in handling cases with APR and BPR issues.
