- The capacity to independently manage a caseload while exercising initiative and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
- This position is situated within their Private Client team, located in their Norwich office.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters, which encompasses:
- Handling high-value and complex Probate and Estate Planning for high-net-worth individuals.
- Drafting Wills and conducting Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning.
- Establishing and administering Trusts.
- Establishing and administering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Registering and administering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
