An exciting opportunity has opened for an Associate or Senior Associate to become a part of a Residential Property team in Cambridge.
This Residential Property team specialises in providing legal counsel on non-contentious residential property matters. This includes handling Sales and Purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equities, lease creation or extensions, as well as drafting and registration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert advice on a wide range of Residential Property transactions, covering areas such as Sales and Purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease creation, and some voluntary first registration work.
- Continuously develop and update your knowledge in the field of Residential Property, actively collaborating with colleagues across the entire team to share insights.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for cross-referrals within the organization, and actively participate in business development initiatives.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior fee earners and support staff.
- Contribute to a dynamic and self-assured team environment.
