Applicants must have proven experience of running their own general commercial property caseload to include: –
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Sales of business assets
- Auction Sales
- Secured lending, mortgages/remortgages
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Land Registry Applications
- Pension scheme transactions
- Acting for Management Companies
