This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team of family lawyers made up of a Partner, an assistant Solicitor, Paralegal, and legal secretarial support. This close working team handles a full range of private family and children law matters including divorce, ancillary relief, prenuptial agreements, childcare arrangements, and civil partnerships.
Applications are invited from all those with experience in running their own cases and handling their own advocacy. Those already practicing collaborative law are highly desirable for this role, and the successful candidate will be encouraged to commence or continue with collaborative work.
The firm has made their way to the office for the majority of each week, however, with up to date tech and IT systems are able to accommodate some remote working if desired.
