They are currently seeking an additional senior associate specializing in commercial real estate to join their thriving and supportive team. The Real Estate division plays a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic growth, offering exposure to a diverse range of commercial property matters. The ideal candidate should share the team’s passion for property law and possess expertise in commercial development work, including development site acquisitions, pre-lets to occupational tenants, and forward funding transactions. Ideally, the candidate will also bring experience in managing property portfolios and handling all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work.
