This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist team advising on the law of the Church of England to clergy, laity, church officers, parishes, dioceses and the national church institutions as well as to bishops and cathedral deans and chapters and a modern working environment including hybrid working and a choice of office locations is available for interested candidates. Applications are invited from individuals as well as fee earners and their support teams.
Ideal applicants will have varied experience in this area of law and applications are invited from those with working knowledge of Education and Diocesan Multi-Academy Trusts, Consistory Court Hearings,
Clergy discipline and land and property transactions including agricultural property matters.
