This is an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Family Law Fee Earner to join a thriving and busy firm and department in particular. Applications are invited from all those with experience in handling their own caseload and conducting their own advocacy.
The successful candidate will take on their own caseload of private and public matters and will be responsible for: –
- Meeting with clients and taking new instructions
- Drafting legal documents
- Handling client queries and dictating written correspondence
- Assessing eligibility for legal aid funding
- Attending Court, PLOs, and Advocates meetings
- Reviewing all evidence
- Liaising with third parties, experts and briefing Counsel
The successful candidate must have experience running their own cases but will benefit from easily accessible mentoring and assistance from a friendly and passionate team.
