This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a passionate property team that is lead very well from the top. This well established and well-placed regional practice enjoys high quality working and is able to offer an attractive salary and benefits package and can arrange parking too for those that desire.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a mid-level lawyer, although applications are invited from those with more or less experience, with proven previous experience of running your own commercial caseload without supervision.
The successful candidate will join a close working team on a varied caseload of leases, acquisitions and disposals of land, refinancing, loan arrangements and leasebacks, as well advising on asset sales and purchases.
