Our client, a leading practice with a large presence in the East Midlands is looking to add a post completions officer to their highly organised residential conveyancing team.
This high regarding department is thriving, and workload is ever increasing meaning that previous experience of post completions or previous experience in this role already is essential for this opportunity.
This firm has made their way back to the office and has a very well organised structure and the teams benefit from a highly efficient case management system.
Daily duties will include: –
- Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax applications
- Registrations
- Complying with lender portal requirements
- Answering Land Registry Requisitions
- Completing file closure procedures
