A leading regional practice is looking to add to their commercial property team that has continued to grow throughout the pandemic. The successful candidate must have proven experience of handling a broad range of commercial property matters including property development and option and promotion agreements and having acted for a variety of clients including property investors, landowners, and banks.
The property department is supported by an excellent team of administrative staff and paralegal staff and career progression is encouraged by this firm. Ideally, some previous experience of mentoring and supervising more junior team members would be beneficial for this role.
