This firm has a growing reputation and is looking to add to their already impressive commercial property team with a further specialist. Applications are invited from all those with experience in running their own caseload of sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate & Commercial department on business sales and acquisitions and will also act for a variety of clients from individuals to large property development companies/commercial investors. You will also work on all aspects of commercial landlord/tenant matters, including letting, subletting, assignments, negotiation, and the surrender of leases.
