This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to join a forward thinking and thriving commercial property team in Cambridge. Previous experience in a Commercial Property paralegal position is essential for this role.
This client focused firm are known for their high-quality clients and are welcoming applications from those with paralegal experience to assist on a variety of property transactions. The successful candidate will liaise with clients in person and over the phone and will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial leases and supporting the team with their marketing.
Some plot sales work may also be included.
