Fantastic opportunity to join a leading and impressive Employment Law team at this highly rated law firm at the Cambridge office.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with experience of running their own caseloads who will pick up a mixed caseload of general advisory work, contentious matters as well as corporate support.
Duties will include: –
- Representing clients at employment Tribunal claims
- Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, including Directors’ agreements
- Advising on redundancy, restructure, TUPE, terminations of employment
- Advising on dismissal procedures
- Advising on settlement agreements, including Director exit packages
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent renumeration package and will join a close working and highly organised team. This firm can considering full or part time hours for those that wish.
