This is a new and fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with previous experience in trademark work to join an impressive and thriving team. This role will see the successful candidate working alongside a highly thought of and senior trademark attorney working on their large and varied portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a similar role and will be responsible for managing the database, prioritising work, highlighting urgent matters, and will also be the first point of contact for all client’s queries to the department.
Applicants must have experience of the following, although mentoring and supervision is always on hand: –
- preparing and filing of UK, EU and International trade marks and designs
- processing, checking and reporting at all stages
- assisting with recordal projects and preparing and filing recordal forms.
- preparing responses to official objections and provisional refusals.
- Putting together exhibits for witness statements
- Preparing and filling opposition notices, extensions of time and any other formailities
