The successful candidate will work on a variety of non-contentious construction matters for a broad range of commercial clients, including developers, main contractors, and sub-contractors. You must have proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, collateral warranties, and other bespoke documentation to suit clients’ requirements.
