Previous experience of plot sales and running your own caseload is essential for this role.
A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer or Plot Sales specialist to join a friendly and close working team who are growing from strength to strength.
This firm have an excellent reputation in client care and have built great relationships with local businesses and referrals and recommendations have seen them secure a huge increase in regional work.
This firm has now made their return to office life, they benefit from spacious and individual offices and are ideally looking for their new member to join them on-site, although some remote working can also be considered. Located outside of the city center this firm is able to offer a generous salary and parking is available to all staff.
The successful candidate will initially take on plot sales work to include preparing plot sales paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, processing exchange of contracts, title checking and dealing with the Land Registry procedures. Continued personal and professional development is encouraged and supported by this firm and those that wish to grow and take on other residential and/or commercial transactions will have the scope to do so.
Whilst plot sales experience is essential for this role, qualification is not necessary and those looking to join a firm and progress to qualification are encouraged to apply right away.
As this team is expanding rapidly applications are also welcomed from those with a broader range of residential and commercial property experience and at a more senior level who are comfortable and confident in mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
