This firm is looking to add a new homes specialist conveyancing to their growing team across the East of England. This is a senior role, to manage a small team of fee earners, paralegals, and legal assistants, and the successful candidate should have previous experience of working with new builds and developers.
As well as handling a caseload, the successful applicant will also set targets, support, and mentor the more junior members of this team. This firm is known for looking after their staff and encourages all to take on further professional development and qualifications and are keen to promote from within.
The fee earners in this department have remained office working as much as possible throughout the pandemic, however, there are systems in place and the flexibility for those who wish to include some regular remote working in their working week, however as a mentor and team leader for a growing team the majority of each week will need to be office based.
