This firm is looking to add an experienced Corporate lawyer to their already impressive and growing team. Ideal candidates will be Junior level plus and those with more experience, who enjoy mentoring team members can also be considered for this thriving firm.
Applications are welcomed from those with proven experience in assisting and supporting corporate transactions as well as handling some of their own caseloads. The role will involve working on corporate transactions such as share purchases, sales, and reorganisations as well as preparing commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and other documents on transactions.
