This firm, with an excellent and growing reputation, is looking to add to its commercial litigation/dispute resolution department. Applications are invited from all those with experience of running their own files and a varied and mixed caseload of insurance disputes, commercial and corporate disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, directors disputes, debt recovery matters, commercial and residential property matters, and some Wills, trusts, probate, and inheritance disputes.
