Claire Louise Clarke
Claire’s career started in HR, working for a Northwest based law firm with a number of branch offices, before joining a Manchester and London based legal recruitment agency in 2001.
Claire has extensive experience of providing recruitment solutions and HR assistance and although Claire remains closely linked to the local legal community, her market knowledge spans multiple sectors. Claire has a passion for providing an exceptional service to her clients and candidates and has experience of permanent placements, contracts, and locum positions.
Out of the office, Claire is often found exploring Norfolk’s coastline and seaside towns with her young family.
Arron has almost 20 years’ experience working in high-end business development, and has worked closely with a number of companies during their “start-up” phases. This has given him a fantastic insight into strategies and processes involved in taking a fledgling business and transforming it into a successful one. Arron also has experience negotiating and maintaining relationships with top executives from all around the world, across both enterprise and SME’s. Arron has a passion for achieving and helping others to do the same.
Out of the office, Arron spends time with his partner and two young daughters, climbing trees and playing retro videogames.
Lisa Edwards joins the team at Rampling Clarke with an extensive and impressive background gained as an HR Director.
Lisa’s career has been spent with a leading regional law firm where she has been instrumental in their recruitment, expansion, and success over the years.
In addition to her HR knowledge and experience, Lisa has a huge passion for talent acquisition making her perfectly placed to assist both clients looking to attract new and key hires to the firm, and for candidates looking for guidance and assistance throughout the whole recruitment process.
